These terms govern your use of mydigitalproduct.co. They are short because this website does not sell anything.
What this website is
This site describes what MyDigitalProduct does and how partnerships with creators work. It is informational.
Nothing on this site is an offer, and reading it or emailing us does not create a partnership or any obligation for either of us. Every partnership is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
No guarantee of results
MyDigitalProduct is a new business. We have no published client results, and nothing here should be read as a promise of sales, revenue, audience demand or any commercial outcome.
Any example on this site is an illustration of how we think, clearly labelled as such. It is not a past project and not a prediction.
Building a digital product carries real uncertainty. A product can be well made and still not sell.
The partnership model, in summary
For context only — the binding terms live in the signed agreement:
- There is no upfront fee for the work covered by an agreement.
- We are paid a share of revenue actually collected from the product, and only when it sells.
- The creator keeps their brand, name, likeness, expertise and existing intellectual property.
- Nothing carrying the creator's name is published without their approval.
- The exact commercial terms are agreed in writing before any work begins.
Our content
The text, design and structure of this site belong to MyDigitalProduct. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use. Quoting us with attribution is fine.
Links
Where we link to another site we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove any part of it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are to be heard by the Swedish courts.
